K-Chem 500 - One Liquid Does It All

K-Chem 500 is a concentrated, heavy duty, all-purpose cleaner and degreaser.  It has powerful cleaning action to rapidly remove dirt, grease, grime, wax, gum, ink, carbon, oil, and lipstick, from a wide variety of surfaces.  It can be used as a floor cleaner, wax stripper, engine degreaser, cleaner for machinery, wall cleaner, and unpainted metal surface cleaner. 

K-Chem 500 can be used by hand, or through steam or pressure cleaning equipment, and an automatic scrubber.

K-Chem 500 is  very economical.  It dilutes from 5 - 50 parts of water, depending upon the application.  It is biodegradable, nonflammable and non-corrosive.  It rapidly breaks the tension of oil and disperses the oil and grease from the surface, thus giving fast cleaning results. 

Home and Office Use:

Dilute 6-12 ounces of product to 1 gallon of water for:
mopping floors, cleaning walls, fans, plastics, vinyl upholstery, shower walls & curtains & doors, swimming pools, woodwork.  Always rinse.

Dilute 6-20 ounces of product to 1 gallon of water for:
concrete floors in garage or carport, stove hoods, vents, grills, and ovens.  Dilution varies depending on how soiled the surface is.  Always rinse.

Dilute 25 ounces of product to 1 gallon of water (5 to 1 dilution) for:
stripping floors.  Let the product remain on the surface for 5 minutes, then scrub with machine and rinse.

Industrial Plant Use:

Dilute 1 part product to 5-20 parts of water for:
mopping floors, cleaning walls, fans, plastics, vinyl upholstery, flues, shower walls & curtains & doors, swimming pools, conveyors, concrete floors in a garage or carport, stove hoods, vents, grills and ovens.  Always rinse.

Dilute 1 part product to 5 parts water for:
stripping floors.  Let the product remain on the surface for 5 minutes, then scrub with machine and rinse.

For Automatic Scrubbing Machines, dilute 1 part product to 20-60 parts water.

For Steam Cleaning Machines, dilute 1 part product to 10-30 parts of water.

For cleaning Unpainted Machinery & Equipment, Tool and Die Equipment, Newspaper Press, Bottling Equipment, Textile Machinery, Lays, Motors and more.  Dilute 1 part product to 5-10 parts of water.

Automotive Use:

Use K-Chem 500 in Auto Repair Shops and Garages.
Use the product on cleaning Engines, Classic Cars, Whitewall Tires, Convertibles, & Vinyl Tops.  For these applications, dilute 1 part product to 5 parts of water

For Plastic and Vinyl Upholstery, dilute 1 part product to 10 parts of water.

For Car Wash, dilute 1 part product to 25 parts of water.  Always rinse.

For Truck Wash, dilute 1 part products to 20 parts of water.  Always rinse.
